VendorFinder AI is built by AggAiLabs Software Solutions Pvt Ltd — the Pune-based team behind FreighAI, the agentic AI operations platform for freight forwarders. We say that up front because it matters: this site goes deep on one workflow — finding, asking and scoring the overseas partners your lanes run through — and the depth comes from running that workflow live on real forwarders’ desks, not from market research.

Partner discovery is its own discipline. More than 250 forwarder networks exist to make introductions, and the annual conferences make the handshakes — none of it tells you how a partner performs on yourshipments. We didn’t build a replacement for WCA, JCtrans or Globalia; memberships are where partners are found and where payment protection lives. We built the layer they never shipped: who you ask on a new lane, how fast they actually answer, who executes, who settles cleanly, who has earned more volume. The desk decomposes routes, shortlists on evidence, dispatches structured RFQs over email and WhatsApp, and collates every reply into one comparison — the work between conferences, systematized.

The founding team — Chinmay and Saurabh Aggarwal — are DPIIT-recognised (DIPP232097), bootstrapped, and have kept one rule through every release: the desk does the homework — decompose, shortlist, ask, compare — and a human decides who gets the business, who gets a hard conversation, and who gets dinner at the next conference. The relationship stays human. Freight runs on trust; software for freight should too.
